Five concerns in Magnesium shortage for our body is slight known and seldom treated consequently. Let’s start by saying that magnesium is a mineral, one of the most significant in the human body, and is among others accountable for the course of transformation of glucose into energy. It goes without saying hence, the perception that without the right amount of this element in the blood the body will produce less energy and hence we have a tendency to struggle more to things more or less important of the day.

Magnesium is a mineral that is vital for appropriate functioning of most of the organs of our body, primarily muscles, kidney and heart. The most significant use of magnesium is that it triggers the enzymes in our body and benefits in energy production.

Magnesium also supports in sustaining the stability of several nutrients in our body such as calcium, potassium, zinc, vitamin D and others. Green vegetables, whole grains and nuts are a main source of this mineral. Though magnesium insufficiency does not occur very frequently, it does occur due to definite medical conditions.

On the other hand, magnesium is liable for other vital metabolic processes innumerable, such as cellular electrical stability, the nerve transmission and muscle impulses the development of urea, protein synthesis, nucleic acid. Not to mention that it is tangled in reactions that also work anxiety and stress, the pain of menstruation and osteoporosis.

The symptoms of shortage in magnesium in the body extending from the most trivial as nausea, Vomiting, diarrhea, cramps and muscle aches, to the more severe, such as tremor, heart failure, Muscle spasms, misperception, Mood swings and behavior changes, Pervasive sense of anxiety and loss of coordination.

The reasons of such shortages are almost always originate in a poor diet. But there are other factors that contribute to a lessening of that element. The unnecessary physical effort sports training and a very intense period of uncertainty in the intestinal in which the individual has diarrhea, the stress excessive.

Moreover, there are pathological conditions. In Diabetics for example there was an insignificant quantity of magnesium, which would among other things, reduces the effect of management with insulin. Another probable cause may lie in the pathological poor absorption from the gut of that element.

Hyper excitability: This is a state when an individual is typically frenzied about whatsoever. If the condition is not cured, it can lead to irregular behavior in an individual.

Muscle Weakness: Great weakness of muscles and pain in the muscles is one more disorder that happens due to magnesium shortage.

Loss of appetite: Nausea, exhaustion, no energy – all these situations happen due to lack of magnesium in the human body. If this deficit is not cured fast, it might lead to the individual suffer from lack of feeling or seizures.

Hypocalcemia: This is an imbalance that is an effect of low level of calcium in the body. Since, there is a deficiency of magnesium in the body, there is an imbalance in the calcium level, which can lead to this disorder.
Hypokalemia: Magnesium deficiency can lead to low potassium too, which makes a human suffer from hypokalemia.

These are some of the side-effects of magnesium insufficiency, which if not treated at the initial stage will lead to serious concerns. Consuming a healthy diet that is rich in foods that hold magnesium is very vital to overcome this deficiency.
